HOW TO BE A BETTER YOU IN 2018
There are certain things you did early this year that you wished you could change but its too late because the year is almost over (over sef).But, trust me its never too late to make a change. You can make 2018 the best.
Here are some excercises to help you;
- Recognize your mistakes: Know where and what yo want to change. Identify your goal and what is importan to you.
- Say no to procastination: This is putting aside the tasks we are to do and doing other things. Procastination is a trap many of us fall into. If you cant overcome procastination then making a change from your past or improving yourself might be quite difficult.
- Maximize opportunities: Don’t be blind to opportunities, make use of every opportunity you get, be it little or big,you can start from somewhere. Do something with your life, there are always opportunities around you.
- Improve your self esteem: Low self esteem destroys one a lot. Confront that challenge. Try new things, you never thought you could do.
- Never compare yourself to others: your friend may be making it big while you not, that thought alone kills one, it makes you want to do the wrong things to meet up with their standards. There timing is different.
- Mix with the successful ones: like they say iron sharpenst iron. Meet with people that are successful, make them your mentor, ask them how they got to where they are.
- Have positive thoughts: Put away negativity. Feed your mind everyday with success.if not it will be filled with mediocrity.Watch, listen and read inspirational books.
- Learn to save: its isnt easy to resist spending but we have to try. Working without saving is like a running tap,when the dry season comes, there is nothing to fall back at. There are people, who has eaten as food the cement they would have bought. Never eat with 10 fingers! give to God and give to yourself.
