DISAPPOINTMENT is the feeling of dissatisfaction that follows the failure of expectations or hopes to manifest.
Also know that disappointment is for a short-term and it is quiet okay or should I say it’s beneficial because it makes us stronger. Sinking down in it can keep you stuck, depress, despair, and discouraged. Especially when you’ve been disappointed more than once. How can you overcome this feeling?

- Control how you feel about it; Controlling how you feel is the first step to take. You have to be honest and openly admit the circumstances.
- Accept that you can’t win always; Yeah! you can’t always win and when you don’t, it means you’re defeated as a result of being disappointed at that moment.
- Learn something from it: In order to achieve this, you have to realize that there are reasons to every disappointment, though it’s difficult to look in the positive when things are going wrong. At the same, it will take some time before it start making sense to you.
- Be positive about it: Think about the positive things you learnt from it. Believe there is something much more bigly in the future. Believe it is creating a bigger opportunity for you.
